Panama City Beach, FLORIDA (February 26, 2019) –The management team from Quality Senior Living (QSL), through a newly formed entity, Platinum Senior Living (PSL), in partnership with LongueVue Capital along with Blake Management Group (BMG) proudly introduce “The Blake at Panama City Beach”, a premier senior living community in Panama City Beach, FL.
Construction will soon begin on the new resort-style senior living community at 12219 Panama City Beach Parkway in Panama City Beach convenient to shopping & medical services. The 120,000 square foot community will feature 124 apartments in its Assisted Living Community & Secure Memory Care Community. The community is expected to open in late 2020.

Assisted Living residences include one and two bedroom apartments with options including a balcony or porch overlooking the courtyard. Memory Care options include studio and deluxe studio residences with walk-in closets. Pricing will be based on service needs and apartment selection; however, the high-end community will be affordable and competitive with other options in the area.
Along with luxury accommodations, The Blake at Panama City Beach will provide elegant dining, concierge service, 24-hour nurse staffing, and an active social program. Other amenities include a full-service bar and lounge, a coffee & ice cream shop, salon & spa, on-site therapy services, a chapel, a theater room, activity rooms, landscaped courtyards with an outdoor fire pavilion, fountains and raised gardens, fitness center, transportation, and on-site parking.
When fully occupied, The Blake anticipates creating 80-100 full and part-time jobs and will become an integral part of the community. Arrive Architecture Group, a Dallas-based with specialization in senior housing, is providing architectural design. EBM Group (ebmgroupllc.com) will serve as general contractor.
Construction is also underway on previously announced The Blake at Miramar Beach in Miramar Beach, FL. That community will create 80-100 jobs and is expected to open in late 2020.
