Harahan, LOUISIANA (March 13, 2018) – Quality Senior Living (QSL), a portfolio company of LongueVue Capital, together with Blake Management Group, introduces “The Blake at Colonial Club”, a premier senior living community in Harahan, LA.

The Blake at Colonial Club will be located near the corner of Jefferson Highway and Colonial Club Drive, convenient to many areas of the New Orleans metro.  At The Blake at Colonial Club, a full range of services will be available within one resort-style community where with 70 residences in the assisted living community and 48 residences in the secure Memory Care community.

Along with luxury accommodations, The Blake at Colonial Club will provide elegant dining, concierge service, 24-hour nurse staffing, and an active social program. When fully occupied, The Blake anticipates creating 70 full and part-time jobs and will become an integral part of the community. Arrive Architecture Group, an award winning Dallas-based firm with specialization in senior housing, is providing architectural design. EBM Group of Mobile, AL together with Clark Construction of McComb, Mississippi will serve as general contractor.
