“We saw an opportunity to meet Volusia County’s need for a new hospitality and wellness centered community for seniors, providing residents the ability to age in place.” reveals Glenn Barclay, QSL principal and co-founder of The Blake. “As a company, we are continually looking to remain on the cutting edge of senior services. We are excited to incorporate new programming, an experiential expo kitchen to make dining an interactive experience and a large morning porch allowing residents to enjoy the sunrise.”

Memory Care options include studio and deluxe studio residences with walk-in closets. Pricing will be based on service needs and apartment selection; however, the high-end community will be affordable and competitive with other options in the area.
