Meet Our Team
The Blake at Biloxi is proud to have Hollie Notter as our Executive Director. Hollie began her career in the hospitality industry and worked her way up quickly into management. Her heart then led her to an executive director position in an assisted living in Louisiana. She has now found her way back home to the Mississippi Gulf Coast and could not be happier. When speaking of her current position she says, “I feel like we are the lucky ones to be such a huge part of so many families’ lives. It brings me such happiness to see our residents living their best life and it is so rewarding to give their families the comfort of knowing they are just as loved and cared for with us as they would be if they were with them.”
When asked about her favorite part of working for The Blake, she said, “we truly care about the happiness and wellbeing of not only our residents, but our entire staff. Our core values mean a lot to us and are practiced daily by everyone.” When she’s not at the community, you can find Hollie spending time with her family, going to the beach, and taking day trips to the French Quarter in New Orleans.

Her favorite part of working with seniors is seeing the residents every day. She also embellishes the family that the team at The Blake has become. When she is not serving our seniors, she enjoys time with her family and children. She loves anything and everything creative, design, cooking, exercise, and she cannot live without music!
Director of Outreach
Ashley Kilduff is an Ocean Springs native, loves the Mississippi Gulf Coast, and would not want to live anywhere else. She has an extensive background in healthcare sales, hospitality management, and senior living. When she began her career in senior living, she found it was a perfect fit because she truly loves bringing happiness to our seniors and their families. She enjoys helping our families feel at ease knowing their loved ones are being cared for in the best possible way while having a great time as well. Ashley’s favorite part about joining the team at The Blake at Biloxi is the people; she says, “they are genuine, compassionate, and loyal. I feel like it was a natural fit for me to join this dynamic team.” When Ashley is not working, she enjoys doing Reformer Pilates, attending dinner parties with family and friends, going for boat rides, and playing with her chocolate lab puppy.

Jordyn loves to hear from residents’ experiences and vast amounts of knowledge. She is thrilled to work for The Blake and be part of The Blake team values. She loves that The Blake is an extensive organization that still treats you like family. In her free time, she likes to be a “tourist” in her hometown of Biloxi.

Ansley is the Director of Activities for The Blake. Originally from Tennessee, she worked as the Assistant Director of Activities of The Blake at Kingsport. Ansley is excited to continue her career as a part of The Blake family here in Biloxi.
Ansley believes in the saying, “if you love what you do you’ll never work a day in your life.” She has found that in The Blake. She loves to watch the residents thrive and see their lives change as they move into The Blake. When not working Ansley enjoys hiking, camping and spending time with friends.
Dining Room Coordinator
Alicia McNatt serves as the Dining Room Coordinator with The Blake at Biloxi. She has lived in New Orleans for four years and graduated from LSU in 2020 with a Master of Science in Human Resources, and a Specialization in Work Force Development. In New Orleans, she explored the tourist industry, worked as a coffee barista, drove with Uber, and consulted as a nanny for a private company. Prior, she grew up on the MS Gulf Coast to become a school librarian with her USM Bachelor’s in LIS, and Master of Education via Kaplan/Purdue Online. Alicia spent many summers moonlighting in the service industry as dining room hostess, waitress, or serving cocktails for venues on the Coast.
Now, as she works with seniors, her favorite incredible moments are when our seniors share their advice, laughter, or when they tell comical anecdotes that teach her savvy social skills. The best part about working at The Blake is to see how much love and loyalty is shared among the staff with our residents and families, how we all strive to keep the spirit of happiness. When away, Alicia follows what makes her curious, where she might be found on an adventure somewhere, like NOLA; but curious to her, mostly means curled up reading a book with a glass of wine. She also tries to keep her kitten, Boo, tamed.
